Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Not Remote)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our software company in North Houston. This is an in-office position and is not remote or work-from-home eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master our proprietary software suite
  • Understand how customers use our software daily
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Document clear and thorough solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective resolutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Prior technical or software support experience is a plus
