Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Not Remote)
We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our software company in North Houston. This is an in-office position and is not remote or work-from-home eligible.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master our proprietary software suite
- Understand how customers use our software daily
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Document clear and thorough solutions
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective resolutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Prior technical or software support experience is a plus
