Customer Success – Data Entry Team Member

Job Description

  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the software
  • Sort and organize all provided documentation as necessary
  • Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines
  • Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors
  •  Other duties as assigned
  • Complete all assigned tasks within required timeframes

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Committed to producing high-quality work
  • Basic software knowledge
  • Superior typing/key board entry speed
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of PrimeroEdge Menu Planning
  • Working knowledge of SchoolCafé Menu Planning
  • 1 year of data entry or clerical experience is a plus
