We are looking for an upbeat front-office person to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a front desk or administrative role and knowledge of Microsoft Office. This position is a key role in the team and requires attention to detail, willingness to be a team player, and prior event planning experience is a plus!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, take and relay detailed messages, screen and direct calls
- Provide information & assistance to the team members, customers, and visitors
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness as needed
- General administrative and clerical support, such as keeping an organized filing system, updating records and reports, and keeping lists of office expenses and costs
- Prepare correspondence and documents; files
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assist with appointments and meetings, including organizing conferences and assisting with meeting room reservations as needed
- Help with event planning, catering for company events, meetings, and conferences
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Inventory, restocking, and supplies management
- Keep and maintain a tidy office area
- Help with travel and hotel bookings for all team members as needed
- Handle office building maintenance requests
