Our consultants go through a rigorous screening process prior to submittal to a client. The first step is the initial screening process done by our automated recruiting tool. This system identifies potential candidates who fit the skills criteria. Once identified by the system and if the applicant is found suitable for a particular position, our in house technical recruiter will conduct the initial screen and ask follow-up questions regarding the candidate's background and current situation. Once the candidate moves through the initial screening process, Cybersoft conducts an in depth technical evaluation. This is done by either a technical interview with Sr. Certified Industry Consultants employed by Cybersoft or via online testing by Review Net. After the candidate has been successfully screened, the recruiting team will then perform thenecessary background investigation including reference checks and employment verification. Criminal background checks and drug screens are performed at the discretion of the client.
