Background
Cybersoft Technologies was founded by Charlie Yalamanchili, an entrepreneur who also founded CNC Investments, a highly successful commercial real estate investment company that was launched in 1982. CNC has grown from a humble beginning into the third largest property management firm in Houston , Texas . CNC operations have assets valued in excess of $1.5 billion, employ over 900 people, and span over six states including New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Oklahoma.

Headquartered in Houston , Texas , Cybersoft Technologies has offered its clients innovative technology solutions since its formation in 1996. Cybersoft's clients in the US include K-12 school districts, State and local government agencies, and Fortune 1000 corporations.

Educational Solutions
Speed and system availability are keys to driving increased student participation. Cybersoft's rapid response helpdesk quickly handles customer needs. Customization capabilities are built into Primero and give Food Service Directors full administrative control to grant task assignments by individual or job type or to create specialized reports "on-the-fly". With Primero, your operation is always audit-ready. To facilitate on-going compliance with new government rules, Primero's "one-click" USDA guideline updates are available directly from Cybersoft's website.

Consulting Services
Our Consulting Services division provides business and technology solutions based on unparalleled industry knowledge and proven best practices. Cybersoft provides experienced resources that have faced the challenges of business-driven application implementation and upgrade projects. Cybersoft consultants work in diverse fields including Education, ERP, Finance and Telecom.
Strategic Relationships
Cybersoft's has a strategic relationship with Microsoft Corporation, serves as a member of Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), and participates as an active member of Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) Food Service Working Group.

In addition, the Cybersoft's Consulting Services division has partnerships with Oracle, Sun and IBM.
Microsoft Partnership
Cybersoft is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner with the ISV competency. This close association with Microsoft helps us to leverage new advances in application development tools and technologies.
Cybersoft Primero was tested and certified for Microsoft by VeriTest. Cybersoft Primero is certified for Windows Client, SQL Server and .NET managed code.

Cybersoft works closely with Microsoft in following the evolution of Microsoft technologies and is an early adopter. Cybersoft solutions are completely managed code running on the .NET Framework. The Primero Windows and Web applications are developed using .NET, C# and ASP.NET. Primero solutions utilize SQL Server 2000 for the database. Cybersoft is actively working with the new SQL Server 2005 and recommends the purchase of SQL Server 2005 licenses and not invest in SQL Server 2000.
